Overview

Yamaha F25 – Compact Power with Big Performance
The Yamaha F25 redefines what’s possible from a lightweight outboard, delivering the punch and performance of a two-stroke with all the benefits of Yamaha’s advanced four-stroke technology.
This latest generation model not only improves on the four-stroke it replaces but even surpasses the all-round capability of Yamaha’s legendary 25hp two-stroke.
For the first time in Yamaha’s four-stroke lineup, the F25 features battery-less fuel injection, offering easier starts, improved fuel efficiency, and smoother overall operation.
With the highest power-to-weight ratio in its class, the F25 is built to suit every style of boating. Choose from manual or electric start, mechanical tilt or power trim and tilt (PTT), and a redesigned tiller handle or forward control setup – all available in both short and long shaft configurations.
Packed with features typically found in larger outboards, the Yamaha F25 punches well above its weight – offering power, portability, and performance in one compact package.
