The Formosa Enclosed Centre Cabin has a fixed hardtop with a glass windscreen, sliding side ventilation windows, heavy-duty grab rails and rocket launcher with 7-rod holders. The walk-around cabin is positioned on a slightly raised casting deck giving you a better view of your surroundings and great access to the anchor well.

Inside the cabin, you’ll find carpeted cabin bunks, cabin side pockets and footwell (with centre board) including storage & portable toilet area. New orders from March 2023 now also include a front seat off the cabin, ventilation hatch and bunk cushions as standard. Awning tracks are welded to the hardtop allowing for installation of clears or canvas to enclose the rear of the cabin for even more protection. Enjoy the comfort of two (2) embroidered, high back, folding seats, now mounted on the previously optional Aluminium Seat Boxes as standard – choose between storage hatches or open esky provision for your seat boxes.

Standard features on an Enclosed Centre Cabin include an Electric Motor Mount, four (4) aluminium rod holders on the gunnels (635 and up include 6), a large aluminium bowroller, 32mm handrails, Tow-Catch™ Trailer capability, heavy-duty dive ladder, quality steering, moulded fuel tank and sender with filter, automatic bilge pump, transom deck tread, foam-filled hull, electrical harness kit, 3 cleats, white paint and Formosa graphics, plus more. An optional underfloor 80L auxiliary tank for fuel or water is available for boats 635 and over.

The Formosa PRO DECK™ upgrade for an Aluminium Self-draining Deck is included as standard on boats 635 and over.

Formosa boats are known for their stability at rest and the Quad4™ Water Ballast enhances this even further, especially in offshore conditions (for new orders placed from March 2023, the the Quad4™ Water Ballast will be included as standard).

PRO DECK™

Select a PRO DECK™ UPGRADE on boat sizes 495 to 595 for Formosa’s Aluminium True Self-draining Deck. Boats 635 and larger come standard with PRO DECK™. Formosa’s PRO DECK™ allows water to drain off the deck and out through the Formosa scupper system. A great option in case of heavy seas, a wave hits or just washing down the deck at home. ACTIVE TRANSOM

The innovative step-down ‘Active Transom’ has smart storage solutions, easy on-board battery access and continues to be the best in transom design and water access on the market. With the Active Transom, you can choose from four options, Full Access, Dual Access, Single Access and Closed Access. Full Access and Dual Access are available for 525-635 models only. Single Access is standard on boat models.
